Payment
Clients are now required to leave a credit card on file to reserve appointments. The Lashery reserves the right to use this card as payment in the event of a cancellation or a no-show. The card on file must be in the name of the person receiving the service except in the case of minors. Payment is due at the time your service is rendered and can be rendered via card, cash, cash app, or apple pay.

All first time clients are required to put a down deposit for 50% of the cost of the service. An invoice will be sent via email after your appointment has been received. You will have 24 hours to make payment before the appointment is denied. Your appointment time will NOT be approved/reserved until payment has been made. This deposit is only refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment. After 48 hours, it is nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule this appointment, we will only ONE reschedule with the same deposit. After the first reschedule, you will be required to make another deposit to schedule again.


Arrival
Please arrive with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Understand that your lash extensions will fall off faster if you do not arrive with completely clean lashes because lash extensions do not stick to eyeliner or mascara residue.

If you arrive late for your appointment your appointment time will not be extended, and you will still be charged the full amount of the service.

Extra guests are not permitted for any reason. If you arrive with an extra guest (children included), you will be asked to reschedule and be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
You are welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to give less than a 24 hour notice for a cancellation or reschedule will result in you being charged a $50 cancellation fee.

If you don’t show up to your appointment without letting us know ahead of time, you will be required to prepay for all future appointments via invoice.

*Everyone gets one freebie last minute cancellation in the event of an emergency/act of God/life-just-happened moment as a courtesy to regularly loyal clients. After this one time allowance is used, the cancellation policy will be in full effect.

Refunds
No guarantees are made on services and all treatments are assumed at your own risk. No refunds will be given for any reason as you are paying for the artist’s time and the cost of product used. If you are unhappy with a service, you have 72 hours from the time of your appointment to contact us and discuss your concerns. If your issue is one that can be corrected, we will be happy to do so in a complementary touch up. We refuse to address concerns voiced after 72 hours or found to be the result of improper aftercare.

Aftercare, fills, and removals
Proper aftercare is vital for the health of your natural lashes and for the longevity of your eyelash extensions. Please see our aftercare page for more detailed information on aftercare. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who consistently shows signs of improper aftercare or poor hygiene.

Fills must be scheduled every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness. In order for your appointment to be considered a fill, you must retain at least 40% of your previous set. Your lash artist will evaluate your lash loss at the start of your fill appointment and determine whether or not you are eligible for a fill. If you have less than 40% of your extensions remaining you will be informed and receive a new full set at full set price.

If you require a removal for any reason other than an allergic reaction (which is rare), you will need to book a removal service. If you believe you are experiencing an allergic reaction please contact us immediately!

Other artist's work
We have recently changed our policy on foreign refills. Up until this point we have accepted clients that have come to us with lashes from another artist. We have changed this policy, and starting on 1/1/2022 we will no longer be doing this. Now clients must come in with no lash extensions, or schedule a removal and a full set.

Cell Phone Use
Cell phone use is not permitted for your own safety and for concentration/respect of your stylist. Please silence your cell phone during your appointment.
