Please read the following information and policies. These policies are in place for your safety and respect for your stylist and her time. Please take the time to read all the information. Thank you for your business!

 

 

  • Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

    • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice before scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

    • If you don’t show up to your appointment without letting us know ahead of time, you will be required to prepay for all future appointments via invoice.

    • As no guarantees are made on salon services and all treatments are done at your own risk, refunds will NOT be given.

    • All first time clients are required a down deposit for 50% of the cost of the service. An invoice will be sent via email after your appointment has been received. You will have 24 hours to make payment before the appointment is denied. Your appointment time will NOT be approved/reserved until payment has been made. This deposit is only refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment. After 48 hours, it is nonrefundable.

    • If you are sick, coughing, sneezing, or contagious with ANYTHING, please be courteous and reschedule. I understand. I promise. :)

 

  • Cell Phone Use

    • Cell phone use is not permitted for your own safety and for concentration/respect of your stylist.

 

  • Children

    • Children under the age 13 are not allowed to be present during service as a safety precaution. Appointments will be rescheduled upon arrival.

 

You must agree to and understand all of the following:

 

____I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my eyes closed and be as still as possible until my stylist tells me the service is complete and directs me to open my eyes.

____I understand that some risks of this service may be, but not limited to, eye redness, irritation and eyes could tear up from the fumes of the adhesive if I open my eyes.

____I agree to inform my stylist of any allergies I may have. IE, latex, surgical tape etc…

____I understand that I am responsible for my aftercare and following the directions given to me by my stylist. Disregarding aftercare instructions will shorten the duration of my extensions.

____I understand that using mascara or heavy eyeliner could shorten the duration of my extensions.

____I understand that I am to wear NO EYE MAKEUP to my appointments, and if I do, my lashes will fall out quicker because the glue will NOT stick to eyeliner or mascara.

____I understand the service I am requesting is non-refundable. If there are any problems within the first 48 hours after application, every effort will be made to correct the issue free of charge.

____I understand if I wait more than the maximum fill time of 4 weeks, a refill no longer applies and a full set will be needed.
